ABOUT
My name is Ali Waldo and I am the founder of Ptown Bootcamp.
Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began dancing ballet, tap, jazz and Hawaiian at the age of 5 which led to participation in cross country running, track and field and women’s rugby. All of these formative experiences have contributed to my knowledge and understanding of body mechanics, athletic performance, and effective training formats. Most importantly throughout my 17 years of experience in the fitness industry I have learned that an active lifestyle is integral for individuals who wish to live a healthy, happy life as confident, strong, committed people. I am passionate about my own and my clients’ fitness journeys and am certain that my natural ability to coach and motivate clients in a professional yet fun manner will lend itself to a fitness experience that keeps you coming back for more.
